Don’t Drink … Play!
If you enjoy having a a drink from time to time, keep your money at home if you set out to do your consuming in a casino. I am serious. Empty your pocketbook, your wallet, and leave all cash, credit cards and checks back at the hotel. Pack only the cash you intend to spend on drinks, tipping and only the pocket change you intend to throw away and leave the remainder behind.
Pessimistic? Not at all. Just realistic. You could have a success after a drunken night out with your compatriots and be lucky sufficiently to hook a long toss at a hot craps table. Keep that adventure seeing that it is as short-lived as it gets if you continually drink alcohol and wager. The pair just don’t mix.
Leaving your money out of the casino is a little bit drastic, but precautionary measures for drastic behavior is necessary. If you wager to succeed, then do not drink alcohol and bet. If you can afford to be wasteful with your assets without a concern, then consume all the complimentary alcohol you can handle, but don’t take credit cards and checkbooks to throw into the mix of following squanderings after your drunk as a skunk self squanders everything!
Let me to take this 1 step more. Don’t drink alcohol and then jump on the internet to bet in your best-liked internet casino either. I enjoy a drink from the comfort of my domicile, but since I’m hooked up through Neteller, Firepay and keep credit cards at my fingertips, I can’t drink and gamble.
How come? Even though I do not consume alcohol to excess, when I drink, it’s definitely sufficient to blur my common sense. I gamble, so I don’t drink alcohol when gambling. If you are a drinker, don’t gamble at the same time. The two mix up for a decimating, and expensive, cocktail.
